Group Nutrition Workshops

I have extensive experience teaching group workshops in both English & Spanish. I am comfortable presenting to small or large groups, in-person or virtually. Workshops can be for community organizations, schools or professional organizations looking to support their employees.

I can develop evidence-based workshops from scratch or use already-prepared curricula. Generally workshops include visual guides (such as slides) and handouts. Some may also include food samples if cooking demos are included.

Guest Lectures for University & College Programs

With over 15 years of experience in public speaking, Tyffanie is a talented guest lecturer. She has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at Teachers College, Columbia University and Lehman College/CUNY.
